Mercury works with you to take your product from "cradle to grave."
This means we don't leave you hanging after your product is dead and
gone. We provide special services to support you after the final
product has left our dock or even bring an old program back to life.
End-Of-Life Support
As your product comes to end-of-life, we work with you to minimize
costs. We will make sure no extra units or parts are produced and
everything goes smoothly.
Additional Service
In addition to end-of-life support we offer additional services to
support you. We will produce Field Replacement Units (FRU's) at
your request and ship them where you need them. We will also work
with you on after-market modifications to upgrade existing designs.
Product Revival
At your request, Mercury can store your tools for future builds if
needed. You can specify how long you would like us to store tools
for and/or when to destroy or change them.
